The simplicity of this book took me aback. Yet, the author’s premise which he slowly laid out from one passage to another could not have been clearer: checklists make any complicated procedure somewhat safer. Professionally, it’s a huge step forward if a certain level of quality can be ensured throughout all operations (no matter the shape that these operations take).
Overall, I came away hugely impressed and would recommend this book to most people!
